14 Floor Mixed-use Development

This concept was modelled after the iconic Nestoil Tower in Lagos. It comprises of 4 floors of parking,  9 floors of office and 2 apartment floors. The minimalist design infuses glass and aluminum panels and crowded with a white steel structure. The proposed site is situated on Ligali Ayorinde in Victoria Island, Lagos. The project is expected to aim silver LEED certification.
