Guest House Development
This project was birthed as a result of the client’s need to House individuals, staff and Guests within Okija. The Project consists of 55 Housing Units, Event Center, Recreational Building, Cafeteria and Administrative Building all situated on a 50,000sqm area of land.
The Project has 3 types of accommodation units which are the standard suites (studio apartments), Corporate Suite (1 Bedroom Apartment), Ambassador’s suite (2 Bedroom Apartment). This is to cater for various caliber of guests visiting the development.
