This park sits on approximately 20000 sqm of land area and marked by the estate for use as a social/sport hub for the estate. A main consideration for the scheme was a 33KVA inter-state high tension power line which crosses above the site. Giving appropriate setback to this influenced the site zoning. The park consists of an administrate block, a plaza to accommodate all resident’s needs, a futsal pitch, children playground, a pavilion for estate meetings and large lawn areas for large events.
